Shopping Codes
On occasions Ayah UK Ltd will release Shopping Codes via email or other marketing channels. The Shopping Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified on the marketing communication. To apply the Shopping Code online enter it as requested during the Check Out process. The discount will then be applied to your order, subject to the terms and conditions below:
- Shopping Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
- Shopping Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
- Shopping Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period;
- Shopping Codes are not valid in our clearance stores;

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Ayah UK Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for goods we will send you confirmation that your order has been received.. A contract between you and Ayah UK Ltd for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. We will take payment you’re your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order. This does not affect your legal rights.

Delivery
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see our delivery times and charges.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Ayah UK Ltd cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
EU Deliveries (other than the UK)
For products purchased from EU countries outside the UK, Ayah UK Ltd can arrange delivery to EU countries through its chosen delivery service provider.
Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Stock Availability
We endeavor to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.
Your right to cancel
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods/ You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. To change or cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us at info@littlebeecompany.co.uk
However, this cancellation does not apply in the case of any Personalised Products that have been sent for production.
Changing or cancelling an order for personalised products
If you have placed an order for a Personalised Product, you will only be able to change or cancel your order prior to it being sent for production.
Standard Delivery
For Standard Delivery, orders will be sent for production 24 hours after the order has been placed. The order can be cancelled or changed by contacting us during this period.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONALISED ORDERS.
PERSONALISED ORDERS COULD TAKE 3/4 WEEKS TO MADE AND SENT OUT
Please note you will only be able to change the personalisation within the time periods specified above.
Please check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised Products on screen before you place your order as you will NOT be entitled to a refund in respect of any Personalised Products which contain a misspelling that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend.
Prices
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
